RESPONDENT/ PETITIONER Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No. 5950/2018 order dated 13.04.2018 and permit the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the Judicial Magistrate Naguneri, Tirunelveli district Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.SUSIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRBHU, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5950 of 2018, dated 13.04.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.It is seen that there was a delay of three months in executing the sureties and surrender before the trial Court by the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund and on such deposit, the time of surrender and to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
