ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who was arrested on 12.04.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 420,511 of IPC and Section 7 of the Specified Bank Notes(Cessation of liabilities) Act 2017, in Crime No.148 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.This is the second bail petition and the earlier petition was dismissed by this Court on 12.05.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6600 of 2021.

3. There is no change in fact situation warranting grant of bail.

4. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
