(Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) It is seen that this petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition being W.P(MD) No.15766 of 2020 on the same allegations as levelled in this writ petition and this Court had dismissed the same by a detailed order dated 09.11.2020.

2. In such perspective of the matter, it would not be appropriate for this Court to entertain this petition as a second round of litigation.

3. In the result, this writ petition is dismissed as being devoid of merits. No costs.
