ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without any complaint against this petitioner, frequent trouble has been made by the second respondent by visiting his house.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no complaint has been received against this petitioner so far and no enquiry is also pending against him.
4.Since there is no complaint against this petitioner, question of harassment does not arise.
5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous 11.04.2023 NCC :
