PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.7 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.04.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 120 (B), 406, 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 467 of IPC in Crime No.7 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner executed a power deed, dated 19.09.2014 in document No.2151 of 2014 in favour of one vijayakumar, who was arrayed as the third accused in this case, in respect of the land in survey No.78/2 measuring to an extent of 2 acre 64 cents at Periyasrirampoor Village, Aanmaiperukki Group, which is actually owned by the de-facto complainant. Hence, this complaint.

CRL OP(MD). No.7109 of 2021 4.This is the second bail application and the earlier petition was dismissed by this Court on 13.05.2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6555 of 2021.

5.Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
