[Order of the Court was made by M.DHANDAPANI, J.] The present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to produce his daughter namely Devi, aged about 24 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Upon notice, the respondent-Police produced the detenue Devi before this Court.

3. On enquiry, the detenue Devi submitted that she is not in illegal detention, as alleged by the petitioner.

4. Recording the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
