The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing her under the guise of an enquiry. 2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the official respondents and submits that on the complaint of the fourth respondent, they have conducted a petition enquiry in CSR No.356 of 2023 and closed the same on 26.12.2023. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the respondent police has conducted the enquiry and concluded the same, he is not pressing this petition.
