Heard Mr.T.Lajapathy Roy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader submits that on 22.11.2017 an order has been issued to the petitioner to join duty on 27.11.2017 as Chief Electrical Instructor, Madurai. Hence, there is no necessity to reopen the matter.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subsistence allowances have not been paid to him. In that regard the learned Special Government Pleader submits that if the petitioner makes a representation on or before 15.12.2017 and the same would be considered and reasoned orders would be passed on merits in accordance with law on or before 31.01.2018. 4.Recording the same, as no further order is necessary, this Sub Application is disposed of accordingly.
