RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD).No.5894 of 2021, Dated 28.4.2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court in Cr.No.71 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.BALAJI A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5894 of 2021, dated 28.04.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 13.05.2021 onwards.

3.Heard both sides.
