O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the first respondent.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner seeks the supply of electricity to the petition mentioned house. It appears that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and his father namely the second respondent. The petitioner however asserts that it is he who is in possession and occupation of the petition mentioned house and that the second respondent is presently residing elsewhere.

4. The learned standing counsel states that the petitioner has not complied with the prescribed formalities and that is why, they are unable to consider his request. The petitioner ought to make an online application. He also should remit the necessary charges. He also must furnish the document indicating his possession over the petition mentioned premises. The stand of the first respondent is that if the petitioner fulfils all these formalities, the supply of electricity will be granted.

5. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As and when the petitioner submits such an application with all the requisite documents and charges, before considering the same, the first respondent will put the second respondent on notice. No costs.
