Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records relating to order passed by the 6th respondent by his proceedings dated 13.09.2010 in R.C.No.637/A4/2010 and consequently direct the respondents 3 to 6 to revise the scale of pay of the petitioner in the Special Grade Pay Scale of Primary School Head Master since 29.06.1994 and accordingly pay the arrears of salary and re-fix the amount of pension paid to the petitioner and grant other consequential benefits in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.207, School Education (G2) Department, dated 30.09.2008.
