CRIME NO.25 OF 2020. ... RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.5538 of 2021 dated 19.04.2021 in so far as the Petitioners.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioners and MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 06.05.2021 and the investigation is almost completed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioners are poor and their day to day livelihood is very much affected and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed.
