ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. The third respondent is said to have passed away. 2.The petitioner seeks rectification of the typographical error in respect of the petition mentioned survey numbers. Since the third respondent is no more, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation after hearing the legal heirs of the deceased third respondent. This exercise shall be concluded by the first respondent within a period twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
