2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 30.04.2021 onwards.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the offences and also considering the prevailing pandemic situation, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5265 of 2021, on 15.04.2021, is totally relaxed.
