JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant/defendant has filed a memo, dated 17.11.2021, stating that the appellant/defendant has paid the entire arrears of maintenance payable to the respondent and also the appellant is paying the monthly maintenance regularly without any default and stated both the parties have settled the matter out of Court.

2.In view of the above, the Second Appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court. The appellant is entitled to refund of Court fee, if any, as per law. The said memo is placed on record. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
