ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to furnish sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1721 of 2026 dated 30.01.2026.
2. Heard both sides.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner that he could not arrange sureties and comply with the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, as he met with a road accident and sustained injuries, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for furnishing sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1721 of 2026. Accordingly, the time for furnishing sureties is extended by a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
