Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.MEENAKSHI RAMA PRABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6093 of 2021, dated 29.04.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 11.05.2021 onwards.

3.Heard both sides.
