This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the M.C No. 94/2024/A3, dated 04.04.2024 on the file of the first respondent as illegal.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the requisition made by the second respondent to conduct enquiry under Section 110 of Cr.P.C., the first respondent has only issued a show-cause notice to the petitioner to appear before the concerned Executive Magistrate to establish that he has not involved in any case. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to provide an opportunity to the petitioner and based on his submission, conduct an enquiry and complete the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
