To dispense with my personal appearance before the Trial Court in connection with the case in S.C.No. 48/2011 pending on the file of the learned IV Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, pending the disposal of the main set aside petition pending on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYMABULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition to extend the interim order of stay granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1290 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2834 of 2018 dated 22.02.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.According to the petitioner, interim order of stay already granted by this Court has not been extended, due to the reasons stated in the petition.
Therefore, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed. The trial is yet to be commenced.
