ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to grant police protection to the petitioner as well as to the petitioner's shop namely, Annamalai Traders, which is situated at Door No.206, Vellaikannu Nagar, Theni Main Road, Madurai-16, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 04.05.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that based on the petitioner's representation, the respondent police had conducted enquiry and closed the same on 19.04.2021.
