JUDGMENT

It is represented that the sole respondent in the appeal died as early as on 11.04.2024. The learned Counsel for the appellants submits that even though, the appellants have been intimated about the death of the sole respondent and about the hearing of the Second Appeal, they have not chosen to come forward to take steps to substitute the legal heirs of the sole respondent. It is also evident that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the Second Appeal.

2. In view of the above, the Second Appeal stands dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
