2. The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider his representation dated 11.06.2014, through which he is seeking for change of patta.

3. It is stated by the petitioner that the said representation is still pending. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits and contentions raised by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
