ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 120(b),408,409, 418,420,468,471 and 477(A) of IPC in Crime No.4 of 2016, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused conspired together with other accused sanctioned the loan for some fake jewels pledged by the customers and caused loss to the Central Co-operative Bank for a sum of Rs.21,78,639/-. On complaint, a case has been registered against the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are ready to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- and prays for granting anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that both https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioners pledged fake jewels and caused loss to the tune of Rs.13,48,000/- and the investigation of the case is pending.

5. When the matter was taken up for hearing on various dates, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek time for depositing the amount, but, they failed to deposit the amount.

5. Considering the serious of nature of allegations levelled against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail tot the petitioners.
