Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, informs that on 10.05.2022, inspection was conducted and survey was done. The boundary stones were fixed in the presence of the writ petitioner. According to him, nothing survives for further consideration.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
