O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to accept any undertaking and direct the respondents to find out the petitioner passport, Albert Raj, No.9965719 or giving untraceable certificate.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.According to the petitioner, he made a compliant to the respondent on 15.03.2018 for loss of his passport. As no order has been passed in the said complaint, the petitioner has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.
4.The third respondent has filed the counter affidavit and submitted that the petitioner did not turn up for enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.Without deciding the maintainability of the writ petition, in the light of the counter affidavit filed by the third respondent, the petitioner undertakes to appear for enquiry before the third respondent as and when required.
6.Recording the aforesaid statement of the petitioner as well as the respondent, this Court inclined to pass the following order:- i)The petitioner shall appear before the third respondent as and when required;
ii)The third respondent shall conduct an enquiry and complete the enquiry within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
