This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 6 herein to in any manner preventing the petitioner and his brothers from entering into their own property comprising 5 shops including the two godowns, one rice shop, one office room and one two wheeler cum car parking area in the suit property situated at Old Saraswathi Theatre Complex, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District more fully pending disposal of the revision in C.M.P(MD) No.3517 of 2022 in C.R.P(MD)Sr.No.19165 of 2022 on the file of this Court.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 24.04.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the sixth respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and respondent Nos.7 to 9 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
