ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 365, 342, 294(b), 387, 506(ii), 397, 364-A, 465, 468, 471 I.P.C r/w Section 66-C, 72 of Information Technology Act, in Crime No.325 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.
3.This Court granted interim relief with the hope that the amount which was forcibly taken from the victim would be returned. But, that has not happened so far.
