(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) It is confirmed by respondent No.5 that no plan approval has been granted for construction by respondent No.7. The learned counsel for respondent No.7 states that the construction is stopped.

2. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that respondent No.7 will not carry on any construction, unless and until, it obtains plan approval issued by the competent authority.
