Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as Accused Nos.2 and 8 to 10, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324, 326 and 307 IPC in Crime No.69 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
4.This Court, on earlier occasion, instructed the first petitioner to surrender before Court below. Therefore, the other women folk would be granted anticipatory bail. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the first petitioner is yet to surrender. This Court went through the contends of the FIR. There are specific allegations against the petitioners herein.

5.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
