ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 24.05.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 406 and 420 I.P.C., in Crime No.15 of 2018, seeks bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The matter involves misappropriation of bank funds to the tune of Rs.1 crore. Only part of the amount has been recovered. Taking indulgence, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner's wife. Investigation is still pending.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
