O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to comply with the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10027 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 05.05.2015, which was not properly enquired into by the police and hence, filed a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10027 of 2015 and this Court passed the following order on 08.06.2015 as follows: "6.Considering the nature of the averments made in the complaint and in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to transfer the same to some other investigating agency. It is also to be taken notice that the petitioner has also given a copy of the complaint to the third respondent. Accordingly, the third respondent is directed to transfer the complaint made by the petitioner dated 05.05.2015, to any other officer under his jurisdiction and thereafter the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

concerned officer shall proceed further in accordance with law."

4. Now it is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondent police have not complied with the directions issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10027 of 2015.

5. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted a copy of memorandum issued by the Commissioner of Police, Madurai City, pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10027 of 2015, transferring the complaint dated 05.05.2015 to the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Tilagar Tidal, Madurai City for conducting a personal enquiry and submit a report within a period of seven days without fail.

6. Pursuant to that order passed by the Commissioner of Police, The Assistant Commissioner of Police, Tilagar Tidal, Madurai City has conducted an enquiry and the same has been closed on 27.07.2015. A copy of the closure report has been served on the learned Counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

7. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
