Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.MUTHUSAMY P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time to comply with the order dated 26.04.2021 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.5741 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition and also considering the prevailing covid-19 pandemic situation, this petition is ordered and the time to surrender before the concerned Court and execute the sureties is extended by one month from the date of resumption of regular work in the Courts, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
