The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to issue No Objection Certificate in favour of the petitioner by considering his representation dated 28.03.2022 for running his Excellent National Beauty Parlour and SPA situated at No.1, Head Post Office Near, Scheme Road, Dindigul Town, Dindigul.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that no representation has been received through online from the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to submit online application along with all required documents. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of online application.
