Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SUKUMAR.B., Advocate for the petitioners and MR.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5199 of 2021, dated 09.04.2021. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners 1 to 3 are complying with the condition regularly from 04.05.2021 and the fourth petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 08.05.2021 to till date.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner are complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 09.04.2021, made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5199 of 2021 is modified to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

effect that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for two months, after resumption of regular functioning of the Courts below.
