ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents to conduct a fair and proper investigation in Crime No.1016 of 2020 dated 14.12.2020 on the file of the second respondent and to file the final report within stipulated time as framed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that they have already laid the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangallam on 29.07.2021 and the same was not taken on file so far.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the concerned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangallam to process the final report as per rules. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
