2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the parties were referred to mediation and they resolved the dispute and now the husband and wife are living peacefully. Recording the same, the complaint was closed. The representation that was given by the wife in this regard was also placed before this Court. 3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
