Prayer in Crl.A(MD) No.161 of 2023 :- This Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14(A)(2) OF sc/ST (prevention of Atrocities)Amendment Act, 2015, to set aside the order of the special Court for Exclusive TRIAL of Cases under SC/ST (POA) ACT., Dindigul in crl.MP(MD)281 OF 2023 dated 21.02.2023 and enlarge the Appellant on bail in crime No.156 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Ms.A.Karthika, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Siva Kumar, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side), for the first respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in in Crl.A(MD)No.161/2023, dated 20.03.2023.

CRL MP(MD). No.6146 of 2023 petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.
3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
