This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take an appropriate action based on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.02.2025.
2.According to the petitioner, in respect of construction of shop there was a dispute between the petitioner and one Subramanian. In this regard, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondent police, but the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that they have received the representation of the petitioner and the same was enquired and closed on 01.04.2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. 4.Since the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed by the respondent police, it is for the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 2/4
5.In view of the same, this writ petition stands closed by preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved.
6.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
