O R D E R

This petition has filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry on the basis of the false complaint given by the fourth respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, the enquiry was closed since the dispute is between the family. They have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in the petition. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to not to harass the petitioner and already the third respondent has also denied the alleged harrassment and conducted an enquiry based on the complaint given by the fourth Page No. 2 of 4

respondent and the same was closed, nothing survives for further adjudication. In view of the same and recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is closed.
