This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 14.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 14.03.2016 shows that the petitioner's brother's son received money from him for laying a road and he failed to keep up his words. The dispute essentially appears to be civil in nature. Hence, no positive direction as prayed for can be given.
