Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to invoke the peace proceedings under Cr.P.C based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2015.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to invoke the Peace proceedings under Cr.P.C based on the petitioner's representation, dated 26.10.2015.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 that they have no objection for conducting Peace Committee Meeting, as requested by the petitioner. He would further submit that the fifth respondent is also one another administrator in the Peace Committee Meeting, for which the counsel for the petitioner has also no objection.

It is represented by the counsel appearing for the fifth respondent that there are rival groups and that in the Peace committee Meeting, more than 100 people in one group will come and try to disturb the Peace Committee Meeting and in order to conduct the meeting peacefully, it is necessary to restrict the number of persons to attend the Peace Committee Meeting.
4. In view of the submissions made on either side, the fourth respondent is directed to send the proposal to the third respondent and the second respondent shall ensure that there is no law and order problem situation, when the Peace Committee Meeting takes place. On such receipt, the third respondent is directed to take into consideration the number of persons, who can attend the Peace Committee Meeting and ensure that equal number of persons in both groups shall attend the Peace Committee Meeting and in any event, it shall not exceed 10 persons in a group. It is for the respective groups to identify the persons to be their representative, so that the Peace Committee Meeting is conducted peacefully. The third respondent is also directed to complete the Peace Committee Meeting within a period of two months, preferably on or before 31st January, 2016.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
