O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry and file the final report, in Crime No.4 of 2015, before the concerned forum within a stipulated period, the petitioner has come up with this criminal original petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that the investigation, in Crime No.4 of 2015, has been completed and the final report has been made ready on 21.10.2015.

In view of the above, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to file the final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such filing the concerned Judicial Magistrate is directed to pass orders in accordance with law.
