O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus,directing the 2nd respondent to grant permission for conducting Kabbadi Tournament from 07.03.2015 to 09.03.2015 during evening hours 7 to 12 at Sholavanthan, Madurai District, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 03.02.2015 and 12.02.2015.

2. When the matter was called in the morning session, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was adjourned to evening session and in the evening session also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3.Heard Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instruction, would submit that already there are three criminal cases were registered against the concerned persons in Crime Nos.340 to 341 of 2014, on the file of Sholavanthan Police Station, in respect of the dispute in conducting the tournaments and therefore, strongly objects for granting permission to conduct 'Kabbadi Tournament' from 07.03.2015 to 09.03.2015, at Sholavanthan, Madurai District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that since, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
