This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 11.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.03.2016, it is seen that the opposite party is the owner of the house, which was taken on lease by the petitioner on payment of Rs.1,35,000/- (Rupees one lakh and thirty five thousand only) as lease amount. It is alleged by the petitioner that after having given the property on lease, the opposite party has sold the property to someone else. In the considered opinion of this Court, the opposite party is the owner of the property and he was very much entitled to sell the property. Hence this case of this nature, no positive direction can be given as prayer for in this petition.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is

closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
