Common Prayer :- Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the Fair and Decreetal order Dated 23-03-2020 in I.A.Nos.3, 4 & 7 of 2020 in O.S.No.71 of 2016 and the fair and decreetal order dated 12.02.2020 made in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.71 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Melur respectively.

ORDER:- Civil Revision Petitions are coming upon for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Chengizkhan, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.T.R.Subramanian, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: The Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the conditional order passed by this Court, dated 07.10.2020 in CRP(MD).Nos 611 to 614 of 2020 is complied with and he has also filed a cost memo to that effect.
