2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The short facts that are required to decide these petitions are as follows:
The petitioner/complainant lodged three complaints under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act against the respondent/accused before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam and after trial, the respondent was convicted and sentenced by the trial Court on 29.05.2015. Challenging which, the accused has preferred three appeals viz., C.A.No.503 of 2015, C.A.No.504 of 2015 and C.A.No.505 of 2015 before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District. The petitioner/complainant approached this Court for a direction to the Appellate Court to dispose of the appeals within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
4. On a reading of "B" diary extracted, it is seen that the case is being adjourned by the Appellate Court for want of records from the trial Court. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam to send the records in S.T.C.No.1456 of 2009, S.T.C.No.1384 of 2009 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
S.T.C.No.1546 of 2009 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District. On receipt of the records, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District is directed to dispose of the appeals in C.A.No.503 of 2015, C.A.No.504 of 2015 and C.A.No.505 of 2015 within a period of six months thereof.
6. With the above directions, all the Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
