2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the registration of the petition mentioned documents. She has given a complaint before the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put the private respondents and all the interested parties on notice before passing final order. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
