2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank would fairly state that the sale did not take place and hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
