This petition has been filed, praying to direct the 4th respondent/Inspector of Police, West Town Police Station, Dindigul, not to harass the petitioner by insisting to vacate the shop situated at Door No.93, Nadar Pettai Street, Thadikombu Road, Vani Vilas Medu, Dindigul till the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.722 of 2015, pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Dindigul. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions would submit that the petitioner is the tenant, after receiving Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs only) from the landlord has vacated the premises. The suit in O.S.No.722 of 2015 was also withdrawn. It is further submitted that the respondents have not insisted the petitioner to vacate the shop, in order to harass him as alleged in the petition.
