This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 12.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.03.2016, it is seen that the petitioner is the owner of certain property and that the opposite party is trying to create encroachment in his property. The petitioner has not given any details, as to when the opposite party has caused encroachment to his property. Since the complaint lacks of material particulars, no direction can be given as prayed for in this petition.
